Return & Refund

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please contact our customer support team at Huushhom@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps and provide you with a return authorization if applicable.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to verify its condition and notify you.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your provided account number. However, it is important to note that if you have mistakenly sent the wrong product back to us, we reserve the right to withhold the payment and conduct further investigation.

To initiate the refund payment, the customer has to share their account details Like Name, Bank Name, IFSC Code, and Account number. You can securely provide your account information by contacting our customer support team at Huushhome@gmail.com 

Upon confirming that the returned item aligns with our return policy, we will proceed with the refund process. The refund amount will be credited to your account within 10 days from the date of receiving the product.
